Booking for one day field trips is not mandatory unless specifically requested. However the organiser would appreciate you letting them know beforehand if you are intending coming; this helps considerably in ensuring that the right number of handouts are available and to let you know if there are any last minute changes to the arrangements. But if you decide at the last minute you want to come, please don't be put off - you will still be very welcome!
